Junkyung Kim (PhD) Graduate Student

Junkyung is a PhD student at Brown University in the Department of Cognitive Linguistic & Psychological Sciences. He is interested in understanding the mechanisms of serial/recurrent computations in visual processing, popularly called 'Visual Routines.' Specifically, he is working on a model of the psychological processes through which humans learn and execute effective control policies of visual attention and working memory. He received an Sc.B. in Intelligent Systems from Brown University in 2014. He is an avid drummer and a hobby composer.
